What's the difference between an Estimation & Fixed quote?
An estimation is just that, it's a rough price guide that can vary. A fixed and exact quote means a fixed price that won't fluctuate up or down. We only offer fixed quotes meaning the price your quoted is the price you pay with no hidden fees or addons.

Why do you offer a free demo clean?
We offer a free demo clean on a small area of your floor, to give you the opportunity to see the end result before you even spend a penny, and also give you the confidence in our ability to successfully clean & restore your floor.
How will you restore my floor?
As all floor types are different, so are the methods for cleaning and restoration.
How long will it take to restore my floor?
This question is very difficult to answer as this depends on the size, type of your floor and level of restoration needed.
Will the sealer change the look of my floor?
No, we use active resin sealer which is clear and dries to form an invisible barrier to protect your floor from water, dirt, grease, oils and foodstuffs.
Can i have my floor colour enhanced?
Yes, we offer a floor enhancement service which enriches the colours of your floor and creates a barrier to protect your floor from water, dirt, grease, oils and foodstuffs.
Do I really need to have my floor sealed?
No this is optional, but we highly recommend you do as this will protect your floor from water, dirt, oils, grease and stains with a 10-year guarantee. It also makes cleaning your floor so much easier.
How do I maintain my floor after restoration?
We will give you a free supply of super concentrated cleaner that is specifically formulated for your floor type with maintenance instructions on how to keep your floor in tip-top condition.

How much does floor cleaning & restoration cost?
This question is impossible to answer unless we have surveyed your floor first. There are just too many different variables to consider to give you a telephone quote.
What is mechanical polishing?
Mechanical polishing is a process where we use high-quality Diamond polishing heads on specialist polishing machines. Beware of other companies passing off chemical polishing for mechanical polishing. Chemical polishing will only keep your floor polished for a few months. We never chemically polish floors.
What is diamond polishing?
Diamond polishing is a process to revive previously polished floors.
Will diamond polishing remove slight scratches, scuffs, etching, heat damage and cup rings?
Yes - Absolutely

We use high-quality diamond polishing pads which will remove all slight damage to the floor surface.

Will diamond polishing remove deep scratches & scuffs?
No

Deep scratches and scuffs will have to be removed through a process called grinding, which prepares the surface for polishing.
